Bernie Faulkner - "Pot Belly Stove"

Check out the world-premiere of this brand new music video and song from the former Exile member!

Iconic musician Bernie Faulkner returns with this great tune, the lead single and title track to his next album Pot Belly Stove. A Kentucky native, Bernie Faulkner returns to his high lonesome roots with Pot Belly Stove, the new album which draws inspiration from the classics of Bluegrass and his own country songs which have always been, as Bernie puts it, “Bluegrass Songs!”

“I was raised on bluegrass,” he says. “It’s in the air, in the water, in the people. That’s almost all they played on WKIC out of Hazard. When you’d pull into the Grandview Drive-In Theater, you’d see Flatt & Scruggs on the concession stand roof, playing through one mic to all the speakers in the cars.”

This music vide0 finds Bernie Faulkner in fine form and was filmed at The Smokehouse, an old country store in Monteagle, Tennessee,
Paradestormer Productions (movies: “Texas Road,” “Baby Blues” / television: “Making It In Music City” for Amazon Prime) helmed the project, which was directed by Michael Giancana and produced by Faulkner.
