Wrapped up in the jovial melody and story song about fun times in the pool and water is an overall allegory about life in general. Corey Smith is able to tell an impactful story and not make it feel heavy and unnecessary. Talk about a great song! Keith Stegall's production of "Feet Wet" only adds to what makes Corey Smith great, with traditional-leaning melodies and sounds and showcases an overall feel that isn't unlike the work Stegall has done with Zac Brown Band.
"Feet Wet" is from Corey Smith's latest album, "While The Gettin' Is Good," the first album from his new partnership with Sugar Hill Records.
