Top 10 Country Albums Pure Sales Chart: November 24, 2019

Lady Antebellum debuts at #1 with their Big Machine Records debut "Ocean." See where the rest of the chart (including Luke Combs) fared this week!

Aftter having an impressive debut just under 110,000 in pure sales, Luke Combs falls to #2 this week with Lady Antebellum debuting in the top slot with their Big Machine Records debut Ocean. It scanned just over 21,000 in pure sales this week. Miranda Lambert's three week old album Wild Card sits at #3 with sales approaching 62,000 while Old Dominion sits at #4 with their self-titled third album. Hootie & The Blowfish sit at #5 with Imperfect Circle.

The Second half of the Top 10 also features Luke Combs as is debut album This One's For You sits at #6 with sales now closer to 550k. Meanwhile, Blackberry Smoke's live set Homecoming: Live In Atlanta sits at #7 with sales over 2,500 to kick off that album's chart run. The various artist Now Country Christmas 2019 compilation is at #8 with sales now around 8,900 while Chris Stapleton's Traveller sits at #9 with pure sales a robust 2.555 million units to date. Rounding out the Top 10 is Brantley Gilbert's Fire And Brimstone album.

    some of those albums have taken a long time to get to their current sales Chris Stapleton's Traveller for example has taken 236 weeks to reach it's current sales 2.56 million and a cert of 4 x platinum by the RIAA where as in the last weeks of 2015 Adele's album 25 sold 8 million copies in the US 2.5 million in the UK fastest album ever to do so in the country about 800,000 in France etc. totaling nearly 15 million copies worldwide in 6 weeks and another nearly 5 million in all of 2016 worldwide and has since sold another 2+ million worldwide for a total of more than 22 million roughly 11 million less than it's predecessor 21 has album sales have ebbed about 70% since 2011 so the top selling album this year will sell around 1.93 million physical and digital combined which looks to be Taylor Swifts Lover
