Jason Aldean's new album Rearview Town may not be released yet but there are a pair of tracks available and doing well on this chart. The hit lead single, "You Make It Easy" sits at #1 again this week with sales now over 262,000 to date (not bad in an increasingly on-demand streaming market) while his album's title track debuts with 20,000 fans downloading it to their Apple and Android devices (or home PCs). Kane Brown's hit single "Heaven" is at #3 while Luke Bryan's heartfelt "Most People Are Good" sits at #4. Thomas Rhett's Gold-certified #1 hit "Marry Me" is at #5.
Chris Stapleton's first #1 single (on radio) as a solo artist, "Broken Halos" sits at #6 this week and the song (already RIAA Gold certified) has scanned over 455,000 downloads so far. Speaking of Gold-certified #1 radio hits, Scotty McCreery's "Five More Minutes" sits at #7 while Jordan Davis' soon-to-be #1 hit "Singles You Up" sits at #8 and was certified Gold last week by the RIAA (even though sales are 'only' at 157,000 so far). Sitting at #9 is RaeLynn's new single "Queens Don't." It scanned 10k this week! Stapleton's "Tennessee Whiskey" returns to the Top 10 with sales now at 1.5 million (the single is Triple Platinum).

Trying to predict the future by using 2019 in the headline? :)

some of those totals aren't bad for the music climate we're in now
