Haley & Michaels: Married in Music and Life

The new country music duo behind the chart hit "Just Another Love Song" are back with a new single and are ready to spread the message of life and love marrying together through music.

With the support of SiriusXM over the course of songs like “500 Miles,” “Just Another Love Song,” and now “Giving It All (To You),” rising husband and wife duo Haley & Michaels have been able to make an impact on fans nationwide while also scoring a Billboard chart single with “Just Another Love Song” earlier this year.

The couple, who first met in Nashville but are originally from nearby towns in California, their attraction was immediate. First it was the music, then it was as a couple. Their marriage, which was held on May 9 at the Mountain Winery in Saratoga, California, just became a natural occurrence for the easily compatible couple, especially when it came to choosing the venue.

“We knew that we wanted to have the wedding there, right after performing there with Martina McBride, because of the location, says Michaels. The beautiful winery looks over the Bay Area and the area from which both Shannon Haley and Ryan Michaels hail from.

In what can only be seen as a pure serendipitous moment that feels ripped right from a romantic Nicholas Sparks film, their new single “Giving It All (To You)” actually works as the couple’s wedding vows to each other and lyrics weaved into the story of the song made it into their vows but as a musical couple, they’ll forever have the perfect wedding song as they used it themselves.

It’s a pretty cool moment they got to share with everyone as Shannon walked down the aisle to the song, thinking it would be a “special moment” for the couple.

Their debut EP, which hit stores in the fall of 2014 has been well-received by fans with the duo exclaiming “It’s done more than we could’ve ever hoped it would” in helping spread the message of who Haley & Michaels are as a duo.

Giving It All (To You)” is currently getting airplay at SiriusXM and you can listen to the track here.
