Fresh off the heels of earning a Gold certification for her single “God Made Girls,” RaeLynn today has issued her follow-up to the Top 20 track with “For A Boy.” Co-written with Laura Veltz (Eli Young Band’s “Drunk Last Night”), “For A Boy” has now hit iTunes and other digital retailers in advance of its radio add date of March 23.
The singer appeared on NBC’s TODAY program this morning to chat about her new music, life on the road and to perform “God Made Girls.” She also has made appearances for the National Association for Music Education’s “Give A Note Foundation” in partnership with Radio Disney. She’s haring a message that music belongs in schools, with five communities earning a visit from the rising singer who gained noteriaty via NBC’s “The Voice” program.
