Country radio Chart Report - October 29, 2013: Thomas Rhett's "It Goes Like This" Remains #1 For Third Week

Rising star Thomas Rhett sits at #1 on the charts for a third week with his nearly Platinum-selling breakout single "It Goes Like This." Take a look here to see what the singer has to say about having three weeks at the top of both the major radio charts this week!

Thomas Rhett sure is showing country music that "it goes like this" in order to lock in a No. 1 position for several weeks in a row. His latest release, "It Goes Like This," penned by father Rhett Akins, fellow Peach Picker Ben Hayslip and Jimmy Robbins, has been at the top for three consecutive weeks.

It's a super sweet time to be at the top for Thomas Rhett. His debut full-length album, It Goes Like This, hit stores today (Tuesday, October 29). The album also features his first two singles, "Somethin' to Do With My Hands" and "Beer With Jesus."

"It Goes Like This" marks Thomas Rhett's very first No. 1 hit as an artist. He already has scored chart-topping success recently when Florida Georgia Line took "Round Here" to the top. Thomas Rhett co-wrote "Round Here" with Rodney Clawson and Chris Tompkins.
