Jason Aldean To Join Kristen Bell as Hosts of The 2013 CMT Music Awards

Recent ACM Male Vocalist of the Year Jason Aldean was announced today as the co-host for CMT's annual CMT Music Awards. To take place Wednesday, June 5, 2013, the show will take place at 8PM Eastern on CMT and CMT.com. You can learn more here how the duo made the announcement via twitter.

The duo confirmed their co-hosting duties this afternoon via twitter and you can view that correspondence here.

The nominations for the 12th Annual show will be announced on Monday with the performers and presenters for Country Music's first fan-voted awards show to be annoced shortly thereafter. Tickets for the event will go on sale Saturday, May 11, at 11 AM ET at all ticket master outlets and at the Bridgestone Arena Box Office.
