Carrie Underwood Scores 10th #1 single

In a remarkable achievement, Carrie Underwood has scored her 10th #1 single with her cover of Randy Travis' "I Told You So." The song also gives Travis his first #1 single since 2003's hit gospel crossover single "Three Wooden Crosses."

With "I Told You So," Carrie Underwood's remake of Randy Travis' self-written hit from 1987, the American Idol winner set a record with all of her singles scoring #1 placements, either on the Single chart ("Inside Your Heaven") or on the country singles chart the following nine singles.  It's a remarkable achievement for an artist and one that speaks to Carrie's enduring popularity with fans that aren't just Idol contestants. While the streak is bound to end sometime (and there are surely some who will say that Miss Underwood's "Inside Your Heaven" shoudn't count) it doesn't seem that it will happen any time soon.

Here's the list of hits.

"Inside Your Heaven"

"Jesus Take The Wheel"

"Don't Forget To Remember Me"

"Before He Cheats"

"Wasted"

"So Small"

"All-American Girl"

"Last Name"

"Just A Dream"

"I Told You So" (a duet with Randy Travis and solo).
