Hello dear Cowpie reader,
Forgive me for sending out this form letter but it seems the best way to thank you all for your songs you have sent me and requests for CDs.
A few people have fallen in love with a song we play and sing called "Across the Bridge". We did not write this song and we did hear it for the first time in Palatka, Florida over 30 years ago. After many attempts to find the author of the song, we have failed to do so. I have taken the liberty to write the words and chord changes for those who have written recently and send them to you with love. This has been a powerful song especially in nursing homes for those who have one stop left in life... "Heaven".
As you sing this song, touch someone physically whose countenance gives away their heart and watch the Lord move immediately in their life. If you have ever doubted the benefits of ministering in a nursing home; the results will surely polarize you as to wether or not you belong in this type of ministry.
