The iconic voice of country rock band The Eagles, Don Henley has crafted a new album called Cass County which gets a little more country-leaning than his past solo efforts and it's a nice bridge from his solo work and his work with The Eagles and here we have a great, great song. This one sounds as good as anything on the mainstream and Don Henley and Martina McBride have two of the strongest vocal pairings anyone could possibly want to hear together.
Brilliantly produced, expertly written and elegantly performed, Don Henley & Martina McBride's That Old Flame is worth listening to over and over again. Here's hoping country radio plays the tune.
