Craig Wayne Boyd's spent a decade working towards his dream of being a recording artist with fits and starts throughout his history as a country music artist in Nashville. Contemplating retiring as a performer, Boyd decided to give his career one more chance when The Voice came calling and asked him to audition.
After a somewhat bumpy ride on The Voice (Blake Shelton originally didn't choose him to go to the live shows), Gwen Stefani saved Craig Wayne Boyd until he eventually was saved by America and Blake Shelton once again.
