It's the last week of summer yet it feels like the fall release schedule is upon us as high profile releases are starting to rapidly appear on store shelves.  Darius Rucker, Kristy Lee Cook, Eric Durrance, Eli Young Band and Kasey Chambers & Shane Nicolson are out of the gates this week.

Eric Durrance first came to the attention of Wind-up Records as a solo artist yet somehow he ended up fronting the band Big Dismal before going solo again as the flagship artist for Wind-Up Records Nashville.  "Angels Fly Away" is an 11 song collection of contemporary country tunes but does the album have enough to stand out of the pack?

Eric Durrance first got his start in the CCM Rock band Big Dismal but always held country music close to his heart.  Now the flagship artist of Wind-up Records Nashville, Eric is about to release his debut album digitally.  Here's a preview track from that album.

Eric Durrance has seen the highs and lows of the music business and after a time as the leader of the successful Christian band Big Dismal, he has returned home to his country music roots. In the process he got his label of nine years to join him in Nashville.
