It has been reported today that Taylor Swift has joined BMI in a lawsuit against a small little Idaho sports bar called The Sports Cellar.  The lawsuit claims that the bar hasn't payed BMI for the right to play their songwriter's songs over their speakers. Can you believe this?

Let the backlash begin.  As Taylor Swift enjoys the fruits of her hard work, some people in the country music community aren't so thrilled to see the 19-year-old take home the award.  Some, like Wynonna Judd weren't afraid to speak their mind about it.
