CBS Announces Performers for “New Year’s Eve Live: Nashville’s Big Bash”

The Annual Event from Nashville, hosted by Jimmie Allen and Elle King and Rachel Smith, will air live on CBS TV and on Demand at Paramount+.

Set for the final day of 2022, New Year’s Eve Live: Nashville’s Big Bash, the annual concert special, is set to feature a who’s who of country music stars and then some as the show’s previously announced performers include Kelsea Ballerini, Brooks & Dunn, Little Big Town and Zac Brown Band. Today, the new performers announced include Jason Aldean, Jimmie Allen, Dierks Bentley, Luke Bryan, King Calaway, Sheryl Crow, Flo-Rida, Riley Green, Elle King, Ashley McBryde, Steve Miller, Thomas Rhett, Darius Rucker, Lainey Wilson, and The War And Treaty. The five-hour broadcast will feature a staggering hit parade of 50 back-to-back performances and cross multiple time zones, live from the destination home of country music. Nashville will count down with the East Coast at midnight and keep the party going through midnight Central Time with the city’s renowned Music Note Drop®.

The event will feature “once in a lifetime” collaborations with artists inviting special guests and artist friends to perform together throughout the night. Taking on their biggest hits and performing covers of some of the most-iconic country songs of all time, collaborations will be stacked throughout the lineup with details set to come in the coming weeks.

The event is executive produced by Robert Deaton and Mary Hilliard Harrington in partnership with the Nashville Convention and Visitors Corp. The special will be directed by Sandra Restrepo.

The Paramount+ stream will be via the live feed of their local CBS affiliate on the service as well as on-demand. Essential-tir subscribers will access to on-demand the day after the special airs.
