Luke Bryan Delays New Album "Born Here, Live Here, Die Here" To August

While some don't seem to be taking Covid-19 seriously, Luke Bryan is and has moved his next album and tour to later in the year. Full details here.

It seems like it has been more than 7 weeks since Luke Bryan announced the title and release date of the forthcoming album Born Here Live Here Die Here for April 24 but it really has only been that long. In the interim to then, Luke's second single from the album "What She Wants Tonight" hit #1 (like "Knockin' Boots," the first single did) and the whole world got swallowed up by the Coronavirus Covid-19 and changed our world as we know it.

“I wanted to reach out myself and let you know that we have decided to push back the release of my next album, Born Here Live Here Die Here to August 7, 2020 as well as the start of my Proud To Be Right Here tour to July 10, 2020. What an incredibly confusing and scary time our world is facing right now, and it is important we continue to follow the guidelines we have been given and do our part to keep everyone safe. With that in mind, we are choosing to stay home at this time so we can have fun sharing this music and tour with you this summer. I truly believe that music can provide all forms of emotional connections for everyone and I can’t wait to get on the road and share these new songs with you soon.”

His next single, "One Margarita" has hit radio and will go for official radio ads on April 20. Stay safe and be careful y'all.
