It’s been three years since Pageant Material hit the streets. Could Kacey Musgraves, who released the fantastic A Very Kacey Christmas in 2016, be releasing the already titled Golden Hour sooner than later?
No word has leaked from Mercury/UMG Nashville on the talented star's third studio record but in a comment to Entertainment Weekly, Musgraves proclaimed “I have a lot more love songs this time around,” about her marriage to Ruston Kelly inspiring the material, adding: “…I’ve never been one to write a love song and really feel it.”
Vinyl e-commerce store Elusive Disc had the URL up for only a brief time but the fact that the page is now ghosted back to their homepage leads me to believe what they posted was indeed true.
We’ll follow-up on this when we have official news but until then, be excited Kacey fans, the music’s coming sooner rather than later!
