Chris Stapleton, Little Big Town, UMG Nashville Dominate CMA Awards

It's a big night for Nashville's favorite singer/songwriter and rising artist.

One of the most-loved people in all of country music, Chris Stapleton, was honored tonight with three CMA Awards. He took home the Male Vocalist of the Year, New Artist of the Year and Album of the Year for Traveller. His record label mates at UMG Nashville, including Little Big Town's three awards for Vocal Group of the Year, Single of the Year and Song of the Year (which goes to the songwriters). Also, UMG's Luke Bryan took home the biggest award, Entertainer of the Year. Keith Urban and Eric Church took home the Vocal Event of the Year for "Raise 'Em Up." UMG-distributed artists from Big Machine Label Group also took home awards.

Miranda Lambert took home the CMA Award for Female Vocalist of the Year for the sixth time. Mac McAnally took home the award for CMA Musician of the Year
