Taylor Swift Delivers Back-to-Back Spectacular Shows in Nashville

Our staff delivers a report from the pair of recent shows from Nashville's Bridgestone Arena last weekend.

Taylor Swift knows if you're coming to one of her shows, she is going to do everything in her power to guarantee a good time and memories to last a lifetime. That was exactly the case when she performed two back-to-back shows at Nashville's Bridgestone Arena on Sept. 25 and 26. "I am so excited to be playing this show I can't even deal with it," Swift gushed to the crowd during the first sold out show held on a Friday night.

She took those in attendance on a musical journey that covered all bases of her red-hot career. Of course taking it up a notch, Swift also had multiple wardrobe changes with each number and the stage sets that put everyone front and center for one of the most remarkable productions to grace the Bridgestone.

"If you're going to be like that, I may have to bring out your first surprise guest," Swift said into the microphone as a smile spread across her beautiful face. She then continued to thrill her audience by bringing out Kelsea Ballerini for a duet of the country singer's first chart-topping hit, "Love Me Like You Mean It." Following the song and the burst of heart-shaped confetti that fell from the arena's roof, the two friends hugged and giggled, truly enjoying every aspect of their life and this exact moment in time.

As the end to her two and a half hour performance neared, Swift graciously thanked those for making time out of their lives to spend the evening with her. "I absolutely adore you, Nashville Tennessee," she said, clutching her heart as the room only continued to erupt with screaming fans. "I told you if you kept doing that I would have to bring out another special guest!"

She then called to the stage none other than Aerosmith's Steven Tyler for a show-stopping rendition of the band's hit "I Don't Want to Miss a Thing," and later slowed things down for an angelic version of Keith Whitley's "When You Say Nothing At All," joined by the lovely Alison Krauss.

The following night (Saturday, September 26), Swift once again headlined the Bridgestone Arena where surprise guests including Rolling Stones legend Mick Jagger. The two belted out the band's "(I Can't Get No) Satisfaction," leaving Swift on Cloud 9 following her performance. The crossover superstar took to her Twitter account to recap the memorable night by simply writing "*drops mic*" ... well put, Taylor!
