RaeLynn Showcases Personality in New Profile Video

Rising “God Made Girls” singer RaeLynn takes fan on a journey of her career.

Still just 20 years old, it seems like RaeLynn has been around for a quite a while now but she’s still on her debut single “God Made Girls,” a song which has nearly crossed Gold certification while just hitting the Top 20 of country radio. To help fans see how her journey to the release of her debut EP has been, RaeLynn has released a video profile. The profile follows her journey from Baytown, TX roots to The Voice and then to Nashville, where she signed with The Valory Music Co.

The singer’s diverse set of influences - which include Dolly Parton, Shania Twain, Miranda Lambert, Beyonce, Coldplay and her family - is reflected on the EP titled Me. All songs were co-written by RaeLynn, the highest-charting debut single by a solo female country artist in 2014 and it also topped the iTunes Country Top Songs Chart.

“Every song is a different side of me but I hope anyone who listens to my music will hear something that resonates with them too,” shares RaeLynn. “That’s my favorite part about listening to an album and going ‘whoa, that’s my song!’”

The CMT’s Next Women of Country honoree has found a fan and friend in mentor Blake Shelton, who has said, “RaeLynn is an inventor and she loves all different styles of music. She has a way of blending traditional Country sounds with this new movement and blending it with Pop.”
