Rascal Flatts - "Summer Nights"

With a title like "Summer Nights," (listen here) this song wasn't ever gonna be confused with a 'song of the year' but that doesn't mean that it's a complete throwaway either. What "Summer Nights" is is exactly what Rascal Flatts wanted to deliver to radio and to play during the concert summer tours, a light-hearted, get your butts dancing, feel-good song. Now, whether the song makes you move or feel good is all relative to how much you like Rascal Flatts or mainstream country radio. If you like neither, you're likely to despise this single and if you happen to be indifferent to the songs then what we got here is something that's likely to just blend into your background. So, with that said, this song is only as good as what you get out of it.
