Randy Travis Arrested This Morning Outside a Church
By: Roughstock Staff

Country singer Randy Travis was arrested in Sanger on Monday morning on a charge of public intoxication, a class C misdemeanor.
He was arrested outside Sanger Baptist Church, said Tom Reedy, a spokesman for the Denton County Sheriff's Department.
Travis was brought to jail about 1:30 a.m. and released later in the morning.
Travis owns the the Chrysallis Ranch outside nearby Tioga.
In September the country singer collapsed during his performance at the 18th annual Crystal Heart Gala at the Renaissance Worthington Hotel in downtown Fort Worth when, according to the Burleson Star, "he stopped, stumbled sideways with his guitar, and then pitched forward onto the front of the stage."
Randy later apologized for his actions:
"I apologize for what resulted following an evening of celebrating the Super Bowl," Travis said in a statement provided to TheWrap. "I'm committed to being responsible and accountable, and apologize for my actions."
On a bright side to all of this, he looks a lot better in his mugshot than others have in theirs AND he wasn't driving a vehicle when arrested.
