With a tour slot opening for country icon Reba on the table, there was no way that Meghan Linsey was gonna back out of the concert dates after her partner and fiancée Joshua Scott Jones entered a facility to battle his addiction issues. 

James Otto, who has released three solo albums along with scoring 2008’s #1 hit in “Just Got Started Loving You,” has been invited to take Joshua’s spot for some of the dates of the tour.  “When I got the call from Meg, I thought it was a great idea,” he told GAC. “I thought our voices would blend really well. I know that our musical tastes are very similar and we’re coming from the same place. Man, Wo wouldn’t want to be out on tour with Reba?

“That was one of those things that’s a no-brainer.”

 Otto says he has enjoyed the opportunity to play out in front of Reba’s legion of fans, “Reba’s fans and playing in front of Reba is Awesome.”  He continued, “her fans come there for a show, they come to be entertained and if you give ‘em all that you have, you lay it all out there on the line and you feel the love back from ‘em. Meg and I are Really enjoying ourselves playing for that crowd.

James’ next scheduled performance with Meghan is on October 27, in Sioux City, IA and the next evening in St. Louis.
