Carrie Underwood To Star in New Film

From Roy Rogers to Dolly Parton to Reba McEntire to Tim McGraw, country music has a long history of sending some of its stars to the big screen and that's exactly the next place we'll find country star Carrie Underwood as she agreed to star in a new filmed called Surfer with Dennis Quaid, Helen Hunt and AnnaSophia Robb. Underwood will play a church youth leader in the film that will be directed by Sean McNamara.
