Brantley Gilbert's profile has reached dizzying new heights in a short amount of time thanks to his strong ability to write and record tunes that hit home with a growing fanbase. Working with Average Joes Entertainment the last couple of years has helped Gilbert reach a wide audience, particuarly with the 2010 release Halfway To Heaven. Today Brantley announced that he has signed to the Big Machine Label Group's Valory Music Company label, the home to Jewel, Justin Moore and Reba McEntire.
Fans who don't quite yet know of Gilbert's music certainly know of his songs, paricularly Jason Aldean fans who heard "My Kinda Party," a song from Brantley's debut Modern Day Prodigal Son and will soon hear Gilbert's co-write with Colt Ford, "Dirt Road Anthem" on country radio everwhere. Gilbert's debut Valory Music Company album will arrive in April and will be followed by an album released later this year. In addition, Gilbert will headline the second stage of Willie Nelson’s Country Throwdown tour this summer.
