A few years ago, Ty Herndon recorded an album for Epic Records that was 'shelved' in favor of "This Is Ty Herndon: Greatest Hits." One of the great songs on that collection was "Stones." Now working with FUNL Records and Flying Island Entertainment, Ty has returned to this fantastic song with this new recording of the song. It's his new single. What do you think of the song and lyrics?

I have always loved your music and it has always spoke to me with such deep meaning.. This Song is Fabulous BUT... Tracy Lawrence brought it out and you couldn't BEG the Radio stations to play it enough.. His version is Untouchable!! Good luck with this one, it is truly a heartfelt one..

This is a most moving presentation of a look at our lives. Ty and the "supporting cast" have brought meaningful words to life. Jon Michaels is a dear friend and as most know, an accomplished songwriter (Stones et al), musician, and father!!!!! And I imagine his Jeannie would say he's not bad in the husband category. Jon's rendition of Stones on his CD is also a classic. "Break a leg" Ty so all involved can walk proud! My name in stone will also have as an epitaph...He finally took a cue! Oh, btw, correct the spelling of at least "cradle" and it's "they're" not "there"...in the written out lyrics. Just a suggestion. Can't tell when he's singing, of course. Joy and agape'

Glad to see this song sung out into the light of day at last. Ty, you are an amazing singer/entertainer. This will go down as one of the all time favorite songs I ever had anything to do with writing... and that's after 42 years of being a signed writer in Nashville. Fingers crossed, ever grateful. I think this one will definitely CHART, but dont believe its destined for top 10. A VERY Nice song.Ty has such nice clean vocals.

They just don't make them any better or more deserving than Ty. Wonderful man, unbelievable voice. The song is perfect!

Ty Herndon's "Stones" should be 'Song Of The Year'. The first time I heard it, I was totally moved. I have heard it many times since and I continue to feel the same excitement and the same emotional pull. Well done, Ty. I LOVE it.
