The "fits gonna hit the shan" bit is really hack. It may have been funny the first time I heard someone utter that phrase, but now its worn out.

"The fits gonna hit the shan". That line pretty much sums up this song. I like Toby but gees.

this song describes America today to the "T". It talks about the ever changing way of the world and America and how only the strong take it and move on, everyone else is stuck in the past and can't seem to do anything but complain. the crowd at his concert went crazy when he played this, that tells me that its gonna be a big hit, just like courtesy of the red white and blue. this is the old bada** toby that america came to love.

Fireball, This one isn't jingoistic. It simply says you gotta love America because of all of the diversity. I'm with you on the "Courtesy of the R, W & B" song but not this one.

Oh, great, more jingoism - and whining and complaining about the world today - from the king of "pandering to the base." How many times you gonna go to this well, Toby? Sheesh. The best thing about it is that's it's fairly short and the assault on my ears doesn't last as long as "Courtesy of the Red, White and Blue".
