What I like about the Canadian production of this song is that it is not bombastic like so much Nashville product these days. No pounding drums or screaming electric guitars to muck things up. Thank goodness the Canadian country music scene isn't trying to ape the 80's hair metal sound like Nashville nowadays. Its too bad LA doesn't have a "Canadian Country" radio station on the airwaves. This stuff beats the hell out of Carrie and Rascal Flatts.
