Dean Brody scored a Top 40 hit with "Brothers" last year for Broken Bow in the USA. Multiple singles off of Dean Brody scored better fates. "Roll That Barrel Out" is a track from Dean's upcoming sophomore album in Canada, his first for Open Road Recordings.

I love Dean's singing he has the perfect sound for country music i hope his new album does him very well...He deserves it :) Good on ya Dean P/s love Wildflower and Trail in Life, 2 of the best songs in country music :)

Roll That Barrel Out song and video are awesome and leaping up the charts - #30 to #17 this week. The first single off his second album, a slow song called Wildflower, is an amazing song and vocal and the video for it an unusual take on the song. Can't wait to hear the album out Aug. 17. All the songs written by Dean. Broken Bow's loss for sure.

Love some Dean Brody. Hopefully he can have another shot at the USA Country scene. More than likely this song won't air here.

I bought his first album and really liked a number of the songs - Brothers, Undone, Cattleman's Gun, Dirt Roads Scholar - all great songs. I've see the Roll That Barrel Out video and it looks like Dean Brody is starting off on the right foot again - and he writes all his songs too, which is always impressive.

I won a copy of Dean's Broken Bow album here at Roughstock and was surprised at how weak most of the songs were. Hopefully the folks in Canada will help Dean craft a better product this time around as he does have a decent voice.
