Any song that has the names George Jones Doug Stone and Vern Gosdin is a real country song.

This is a nice traditional country song BUT the pacing is just a bit too slow and it makes the entire song plod along rather than flow smoothly. Darren has a nice "real country" voice and the songwriting is competent, but this song sounds like countless others that have come before. Its a good song, its just not unique enough to make it interesting or compelling.
