Due to the Colt Ford connection my expectations were low, BUT this song was a pleasant surprise. Brantley definitely falls into the Hank Jr. / Jamey Johnson mold of outlaw rockin' country and this is a high quality song. At Top 40 country radio this could give Jason Aldean a run for his money, but being this is from a tiny label it will likely never get the chance. Thank goodness for CDX CD's and the DJ's that spin tracks from new and lesser known artists. Well, except for "the bombastic one" Colt Ford that is...
